Our wild fermentations. These creations constitute the deep alchemist side of the Brewmaster. This is the fruit of the knowledge, the experience and the wish to experiment even more.
What we do is to brew beautiful ales that, after a fermentation in tanks, we put in fresh oak barrels of different sizes and origin, adding fruits and wild yeasts in several steps. With the help of the amazing flemish wind and humidity, the nature environment with its bugs, and the wise supervision, we are happy to offer you these romantic creatures, the life in a bottle!

"TALES FROM A DYING WORLD" COncept release
"Tales From A Dying World" is our brand new concept beerelease, a story divided in four chapters that is going to be released since 2023 in four different cycles. Each chapter is composed by three acts.
CHAPTER I - "THE BEGINNING OF THE END" - Released in february 2023
