BLACK SHEEP

The first time at the brewery there was a flock of sheep from which appeared a black rude sheep.
"The time for an imperial stout!". This black fluid is full and creamy, and attacks the palate with notes of espresso coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, dark fruits and roasted tones. Our everyday belgian style imperial stout. A bitter-sweet simphony! |

Old school imperial india pale ale with an uncommon hops combo from the US and a good touch of crystal malt to give that caramel twist near the deep tones of tropical fruits, grapefruit, peach, piney and resinous notes from the crazy loads of hops used, even in whirlpool and dry-hop. Our pacific saison. A dangerous drinkable beer we love to sip under the sunshine. We use Summer and Wakatu hops, even in dry-hop, to have a fruity punch of melon, peach and apricot, packed in a saison with the typical peppery and spicy vein of the style, that ends dry and slightly bitter. This is the architect of the sun.

Our joke from the historical trappist name ("teppista" in italian means "hooligan") is a tribute to the marvelous belgian quads. This one is brewed with ten malts and, through is creamy body, it delivers on your tongue complex sweet tones of toffee, milk chocolate, dried fruits, fig/date, toasted almonds and dark fruits like plum. Ends with a long rounded aftertaste.

A big bold strong scotch ale / wee heavy brewed with insane loads of crystal malts and fermented with a typical scottish yeast strain. This is the queen of all scottish beers. Deep dark red, full and rounded, with tones of caramel, red fruits, dried fruits, chocolate, molasses, toffee and brown sugar, ends dry and clean.
